There is no need for cynicism in regards to peace. There will always be humans; and humans will be human. Some will be ambitious and some will be lazy, there will be classes, jealousies, clubs, tribes, families and differences with everything beautiful and diverse that humanity is.
There can be peace in economy. Haven't you ever worked for a great and fair boss that everyone loved? We have all worked for jerks and drama queens at one time or other, but when you have peace and work you know the difference. There is no need to be cynical, just a need to believe.
Look forward to the day when there is a righteous cabinet to turn to for the cure of injustice in the world. How many mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers will greive before there can be an agreement that a thing is harmful and to be left alone.
Not a person in all the world that wants to see the arms race escalate, or that wants to see hands stretching across the boarders of the globe to take without reciprocation from the store-houses and pockets of others.
There can be a place of total equality. Perhaps in generations to come there will be DNA to tell us which child born is best suited to the life of the dali lama upbringing. To serve the world with humity like or that of Ghandi, Mother Theresa or Nelson Mandella. Indivuduals who stood for what they believed knowing it could cost them their life like President Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr. and so many others.
Do not be cynical about peace my friends. Beleive with me for one day!
