if you see someone walking down the street ...

The Debbie Smith Act passes in 2008 was claimed to be 'the most important piece of anti-rape legislation that Congress has ever passed'. Its re-authorization was seen as 'a victory for thousands of sexual assault victims'.   The bill extends critical funding for the processing of the DNA backlog of rape kits and other forensic evidence,” said Scott Berkowitz, president and founder of RAINN.

It seems to be a hot topic today with such treasures as these floating like a virus through social media

Why all this hype TODAY about an ages old problem? India Times reported " A minor girl died in India on Wednesday after reportedly being gang raped and set on fire. The unnamed child was assaulted by three village youths in the Sirsa Kalaar district of the northern city of Orai on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Indo-Asian News Service. The girl's assailants reportedly set her on fire after she threatened to turn them in."

Anyone in the fashion and fad industry will tell you that trends return. Lets all hope together that common mutual respect has a major comeback and is labelled "COOL".

Be COOL everybody.
Have a safe and happy weekend.
